It is important for us to have a good body, mind and soul connection so that we can live with purpose and that we can find joy and passion in our lives! It helps us to move past feeling purposeless and works against apathy in our life. A good connection to our soul helps us to be more creative – create whatever we dream of in our life but also creativity like art or self-expression. Art is everywhere. We came to express ourselves on this earth – how are we going to express ourselves (make our mark) if we don’t know who we are?

This is the potential to perform miracles and the opportunity to optimize our own divinity. This session involves awakening the Thalamus region, or “the old brain,” the Pituitary and Pineal glands, which increases the soul’s awareness to the physical experience, thus creating a richer appreciation for this amazing life. When old brain wakes up – we will see miracles!
